We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of natural insulation materials and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut or custom-sized insulation materials
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Services that have already been provided

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact us to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2: Package the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original accessories, documentation, and your proof of purchase.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or type, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
